Find a life coach/therapist who can teach you stress management/relaxation techniques. These can help you face the triggering factors that make you withdraw. Along the way they may uncover other issues you can work through on your way to better functioning. Do the work & life can be better. There is no pill that fixes this, but some may help during the process.

Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help you with guilt issues. Please have a physical exam to know if any of your symptoms are due to an illness. If not psychotropic medications prescribed by a Psychiatrist may help.
