Oats are okay: Oat cereal are a common food introduced to infants. What form or brand is available in your country is not something we would know at this USA based site.

If your son is otherwise healthy, a smooth oatmeal puree may be introduced as a solid. It may be mixed with formula to have a consistency suitable for his age. Discuss the addition of fruit and vegetable purees to the oatmeal with your PCP. Watch for any signs of rash, cough, diarrhea or wheezing with new food introductions.
