Poss Urgent Care app: You may consider a visit to an urgent care office so they can check for blood in your urine to further bolster the diagnosis of renal stone. Also they should give you a strainer so you can catch the bugger if it passes. A urinalysis would also help exclude infection.
They may give you more powerful pain control meds.
Keep drinking fluids.
