Abdominal pain : A majority of medical information can come from a reliable patient's report of the history of symptoms. That includes how long has the pain been there, what makes it better and worse, other symptoms, what treatments we have tried. We consider the past medical history, family history, medication use, I wish I can help you but we need more information. What I read makes me think of IBS.

Time to see doc: Severe abdominal pain has to be investigated promptly as many times, if unaddressed may progress to significant medical conditions. Seeing your GP would be best in this context and in order to expedite workup as needed.
