Yes: Unusualy symptoms in face of constipation shold be explored. There are bad things that can happen. You need a good history and exam with lab testing and perhaps a colonoscopy and other tests. I woiuld not delay seeing your pcp and/or gastroenterologist.

Yes: If you are symptomatic, yes. The mass may not be related to the constipation at all.
