Is it normal for your tongue to be smaller on one side than the other in the back? i noticed mine seems to be uneven and im worried about atrophy?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may watch and wait, if the disparity in two sides, more than doubles, there is an ulcer, difficulty swallowing or speaking, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Tongue: Atrophy of one side? Swelling of the other? Harmless divergence from norm? Please see your Dentist an Oral Surgeon, or an ENT for a proper examination/ecaluation.
