This morning i noticed one very tiny clear bump on each side of lingual frenulum.. no pain, just noticed it while looking under tongue while flossing, not sure if this is normal? they are very small, should i get checked? do not smoke or drink?

Those are most likely salivary ducts.

Without an examination no way to tell. However probably salivary gland ducts. Next time you go to your Dentist for routine care point them out. Probably nothing to worry about.
