They are normal .: Called papillary glands of tongue, they are in front of the soft palate ,in a row from rt to left crossing midline dividing the tongue anatomically into anterior 2/3rds tongue which we could visualize normally and posterior1/3rds of tongue which is not visible easily. The papillae are easily visible in some people. not very easily ins ome other people ,especially with thick tongue,small mouth

Can be: Your tongue looks like it has hair upon closer inspection and there are crevices. When you get a virus or other irritation like allergies you can get noticeable lumps on your tongue. As long as this is transient it should not be a problem
