I am having pain on upper left side of my chest from last 5 days. sometimes the pain becomes more and sometimes less. i am a hypo tension patient with hb 10.9 and diagnosed with faster heart beat in echo test. is this pain dangerous?

See primary doctor: At your age and gender, heart disease is unlikely (but not impossible). Most likely this represents muscle strain or a pinched nerve in your neck. If it persists without getting better over next 5 days see your primary care physician
