Had an ultrasound at 11w1d. one twin was moving but i didnt see the other move much. both had strong heart beats. the scan was only about 5 minutes but now that im home thinking should i be concerned i only saw one baby move? is this normal?

US not focused long: 5 minutes is not long time to be focused on twin pregnancy. Don't worry not moving baby was likely taking a nap or a rest. You will notice that one baby, in any pair of twins, is often much active than the other. Good Luck with the pregnancy and the twins.
