Im almost 14 weeks with twins and bought a home doppler. its become so easy to find babies heart beats. lately ive been listening to them for about a minute or 2 everyday to help with my horrible anxiety. can this harm them in anyway or is it safe?

Go Easy: As long as you don't use a fetal doppler too often, the device should be perfectly safe. Limit your use to once every other day for about 5 minutes.
