Should be: If anything the vaccine appears to provide a stronger level of antibody production /protection in some than the disease. Getting the shot no sooner than 3-6 weeks after the illness may have the same effect as the boosters given with normal vaccine use. If I were offered the opportunity in that situation I would do it.
