I am really worried about my elbow feeling very stiff and sore and also feels like a cold fluid flowing around it...what is it? my right elbow?

Elbow stiff : It's hard to properly address the concern without a physical examination. We usually associate this stiffness with inflammation in the joint. Suspect that there is some level of internal damage in the joint- what type I am uncertain, there are bones, ligaments, and cartilage.
