Sounds like: you are describing OLECRANON BURSITIS a swelling of the bursa or fluid filled "sack" which allows the tendons around the elbow to work "smoothly".. Sometimes this needs draining this consultation with an orthopedist is indicated if it does not resolve with ICE and COMPRESSION (Ace bandage) Hope this helps Dr Z
