Tendinitis with anxi: Sounds like you have inflamed your shoulder and elbow in some way by some activity which you now may recall! The tingling could be caused by swelling around the nerves in the inflamed area as well. Seems like you are worried out of proportion with your symptoms however! See your physician if this persists!
