I think i took an extra dose of 6.25 carvedilol. woke up thinking i hadn't taken it so i took 1. but that didn't feel right so i counted my pills, i was one short of what i expected. so apparently i did take an extra dose. should i go to the er?

No: Without experiencing any symptoms there is no need to go to ER, specifically now in the context of the pandemic. Your dose is so low that should not cause significant issues. The change you have to make is making sure you eliminate this type of events in the future, using a pillbox being a method among many others.
