Extra dose of carved: Depends on dose and reason you are taking it. Prob no problem, but please contact the member of you team who prescribed it.

Usually not: Many patients tolerate high doses of carvedilol. If you are not feeling dizzy or lightheaded for the next several hours, I recommend lying down and taking it easy. The effects will start to wane in several hours. Good luck!!
