Hematoma: Indicates bleeding under your skin from leaking puncture site. Is it pulsing, is arm swollen, is movement impaired, any numbness or tingling in hand? If vein punctured should respond to gentle pressure, can use arnica ointment to reduce bruising, but if any other symptoms may be arterial and may need attention if getting any worse.
