Moderna vaccine: See Moderna COVID 19 vaccine fact sheet at https://www.fda.gov/media/144638/download * "Injection site reactions: pain, tenderness & swelling of the lymph nodes in the same arm of the injection, swelling (hardness), & redness". Severe allergic reactions usually occur within an hour or a little longer. I could not find literature about how long out injection rxn could occur. Look for infection.
