Not yet.............: Most likely the swelling is a reaction to one the vaccines she has received (dTap being the most common). The area can be swollen, red, sl painful and/or itchy. If the area is where a vaccine has been given, apply ice, give some Tylenol. If this does not improve the situation, should be seen by his physician
