Breast milk: Some breast fed babies commonly have pseudo-constipation & can go 2 - 3 days between bowel movements. Your baby doesn't have a problem unless child has distended abdomen or appears to be in discomfort. You can always try a little (1/2 teaspoon) Caro syrup, if concerned.
