I need to talk to a kidney dr coz my 4year old child have severe constipation,now i need to know what can i do so she can do number 2 and can constipation affect her kidneys that's both on the left side....?

Have her evaluated by her doc, a developmental pediatrician or Pedi GI. An initial enema wash out may be required to start things along in addition to treatments. Constipated girls can have more UTI's but this is not a kidney doc issue. Proper treatment can take a year to straighten things out.
