Hard to say: You certainly would want to be seen and thoroughly evaluated. The leakage iof urine may or may not be related. A neurological workup would certainly be reasonable and would go beyond simply having a "normal" MRI.

So if MRI was normal but may not show nerve damage from spinal and your in severe shooting pain what would it be? Muscle spasms or damaged nerve?
