Not relevant: Your diuretic is not relevant. You need to be evaluated for the cause of anemia and the cause needs to be addressed. You may take oral iron and multivitamins to treat anemia, but it is imperative that you see a doctor a proper evaluation. Wish you good health!

In euvolemic hyponatremia, is water drawn out of blood into the cells? Would this make your rbc, hemoglobin and hematocrit become elevated even though you drink plenty of water?
