I have been trying to cut sodium down. yesterday i had around 2500mg without realizing it. (rice a roni). does drinking a lot of water negate this?

Reduce sodium: Ideal sodium intake in diet/day is 1500-2000 mg.
All processed food ,soup cans,boxed food & bread etc etc are loaded with sodium.Read all labels of food you buy in super market.
Water drinking will negate to some extent.
Change your diet to more vegetables & fruits.
