Abdominal pain: Any new or unexplained abdominal pain should be professionally evaluated. If "dark gray" is black or nearly so, it could indicate bleeding in the GI tract. See a doctor soon -- and do so immediately if pain is severe, if you have fever, more evidence of bleeding, or you become dizzy or light-headed. Good luck.
