Absorbent pads: Rectal prolapse requires surgery to fix. Until you can get that surgery, eat a diet high in fiber and drink lots of water so that you do not have constipation and straining. Use absorbent pads (like menstrual pads or incontinence pads) inside your underwear to absorb the discharge, and change these as needed. Seek help from local Medical missions such as Dr's without borders or Mercy Ships.
