Eus showed pd measures 1.3 mm in head, 1 mm in genu & less than 1mm in tail region. doctor said pd is usually 3 mm then 2mm then 1mm by rule of thumb. is it abnormal to have narrow pancreatic ducts compared to dilated? igg4 level was increased?

AIP: Autoimmune pancreatitis occurs as a part of systemic IgG4 related sclerosing disease. It includes irregular narrowing of pancreatic ducts and elevated serum IgG4,levels, fluctuating obstructive jaundice and presence of other organ involvement like salivary glands. it is a treatable disease so please visit your.
