EUS showed PD measures 1.3 mm in head, 1 mm in genu & less than 1mm in tail region. Doctor said PD is usually 3 mm then 2mm then 1mm by rule of thumb. Is it abnormal to have narrow pancreatic ducts compared to dilated? IgG4 level was increased?
There is 2 mm cystic focus on 2D images which projects to periphery of pancreas and does not demonstrate a clear correlate on T1w post contrast images.No communication of the small cystic focus with pancreatic duct."Is above cyst lesion or artifact?
Ct scan shows a possible lesion at head of pancreas with focal low attenuation mild prominence of the pancreatic duct. No symptoms. Can you explain.
