Consult Neurosurgeon: You may have neuro-shunt malfunction &/or separation of shunt tubing if your hydrocephalus required shunting in past. Need to see neurosurgeon in any case for "head pressure" because of hydrocephalus because shunt placement or revision might be required. Good Luck

Get re-evaluation: As Dr Klauber has expressed, you should get this all rechecked. It will result in emotional relief if you find that the pressure is due to tension headaches, neck issues, or sinus problems. But as mentioned, have any shunts examined closely.
