I have a slight dull headache in back of head/top neck, pressure forehead and temples. also been experiencing random lightheadedness for about a week. last bp two weeks ago was 120/70. last blood work was perfect (year ago). any ideas/suggestions?

Could be: Tension Headache. R u under increased stress?Do u clench your teeth( see if u do). Last years blood work not good for a new kind of headache.
