I would recommend: you see your doctor today or tomorrow. You may have an ear infection, viral or strep throat and/or sinus infection. These are best diagnosed by an exam by your doctor so that you can be properly treated, especially if the Advil (ibuprofen) isn't helping. Advil (ibuprofen) is an anti inflammatory med and pain killer; it doesn't treat the cause of your symptoms, so it's not surprising that it's not helping.
