Get GI consult: You could have an intestinal parasite, perhaps giardiasis, and cannot exclude inflammatory process such as ulcerative colitis. From a non-GI doctor perspective, this needs to be addressed ASAP. Maybe gastroenterologist later, but first stool samples for O & P, and start excluding different infections.
