I had 2_3 times blood n mucus in stool pst year.i feel lethargic n outta energy aftr defecation.n i feel thirst all d time..n get gases whnever i eat jam or something like that.i had diarrheo i tested my stool n had 6-8 puss cells n bcterial flora +?

Blood,mucus in BM: Blood in a bowel movement is abnormal & should be investigated. It can simply be from a hemorrhoid but other possibilities include anal fissure, Inflammtion of rectum(proctitis), inflammatory bowel disease,growths in colon or rectum, diverticulosis of the descending colon. Mucus is often seen in irritable bowel syndrome. Fatigue & thirst warrant blood tests and general medical examination. See MD
