I have recently had a tummy bug and still not feeling well ! have still got head aches neck pain and really sore calf muscles any ideas ?

Viral syndrome : If "tummy bug" was due to a virus which sounds like it was, the same bug is causing a viral syndrome manifesting as described. Or a new bug came along. Cannot rule out meningitis in setting of a viral syndrome, headache and neck pain and would require further evaluation.
