Hi. sir do lunges, bench press, squats, and core workout without weights, stunts or stops the growth of a 14 year old. i mean are these exercises appropriate for 14 year old. will it stunt his or her height?

Depends: If they has a coach teaching proper form & focuses on that rather than maximum weight they should be fine. If they are self taught or trying to power lift at that age they may get injured.
