On day 6 of covid. im so dizzy and spacy.easily confused at times. my brain feels pressure & like its swollen &buzzed like its not getting enough oxygen but oxygen sat is normal.very bothersome. headaches.i also have lupus. should i be concerned?

I suggest you try to stay calm, remain well hydrated & warm & get to an Urgent Care Center for an exam as soon as possible.
