I have lupus. why do i get so dizzy every time i get too much sun (for atleast a week) if my labs don't show a flare. my brain gets confused too?

Sun sensitivity: is present in many cases of lupus but it generally causes a flare...and occurs with far less exposure than you are describing! Try paying attention to your FLUIDS during sun exposure..(make sure your intake is adequate (Just a thought!) Hope this helps Dr Z
