Covid: Many and varied symptoms are being described in covid patients, but I haven't heard of the ones you're experiencing. In my opinion, fever is the commonest symptom in active covid infections along with sore throat, aches, dry cough, headache.

COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, sneezing, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills & muscle aches
