Not sure: Not a symptom I am familiar with covid. Otherwise, you need to be checked out, especially circulation. Are you on a bith control medication? See a health care provider, there are several questions and you need to be checked. It may not be serious but you can't do it on your own.

COVID 19 concerns: As a solo symptom - this would not be suggestive of COVID 19 infection. COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Please consider medical assessment.

Get diagnosis: As cogently mentioned, this is not a sign of COVID-19, and could be secondary to circulatory issues, but more likely either a problem with a peripheral nerve or nerve compression over lower back, buttock, or hip. Need to have a doctor examine you, and decide next steps. May need an arterial NIVA, and an EMG to pin this down further
