Hi. sir do lunges, bench press, squats, and core workout, stunts or stops the growth of a 14 year old. i mean are these exercises appropriate for 14 year old. will it stunt his or her height?

Depends: If she has a coach teaching proper form & focuses on that rather than maximum weight she should be fine. If she is self taught or trying to power lift at that age she may get injured.
