My baby girl weighs around 4.9kg, is 12 weeks and 2 days, other time i gave her 120ml of expressed breast milk and she spit what looked like half while burping her. normally i give her 80-100ml but she later sucks on her hands. how much is good enou?

120 ml should be ok: Did baby seem happy after the spit up? If so I would not worry about the spit up unless it is hurting the baby. Most baby that size should be able to take 120 mls easily. It probably just looks like the baby spit up 1/2 the bottle because spit up always looks like more than it is. If baby was hungry after spitting up than baby needs to be checked for Gerd or pyloric stenosis
