Caffeine: Lucozade is an electrolyte drink with caffeine. If you take too much caffeine, you may feel your heart racing. Other side effects may include anxiety, flushing, headaches, shakiness, dizziness and insomnia. If you are looking to increase your electrolytes, try a non caffeinated electrolyte drink.
