Hello doctors. i was walking then i tried to peal a skin of the wound. then it started to bleed. at the time there was no one around me. then i reached office and cleaned the blood with bandage which was in my drawer. am i at risk of getting hiv?

No: HIV cannot be transmitted through above mentioned mechanism, the virus does not live on inanimate surfaces or in the air. There is still a risk for transmission for other germs and the wound should be watched closely until healed.
