Hi , i am currently breastfeeding and seems like i have tonsillitis on the left side at the back of my throat . what can i use for it? i tried using salt water with warm water should i continue doing that?

Tonsillitis: Enlarged, swollen red tonsils can cause pain and difficulty swallowing. If it is unilateral, there may be an underlying infection that your tonsils are managing. For pain relief, try using Acetaminophen (which is safe for your nursing baby) and continue the warm salt water gargles. If the symptoms persist or worsen, see a Dr for a full examination and diagnosis.
