Digestion H20 based: What induced your question? Our bodies are made mostly out of water, ~62% if without excess body fat. We secrete about 7 liters out of the blood stream into the intestines/day to enable digestion & then reabsorb most of that along with the molecules of food sufficiently split into small enough molecules to absorb along with the water. Vomiting would interrupt digestion, not drinking water.

Aids digestion!: Water is an essential part of dietary intake and causes no problems in normal amounts! drink up! water is good for you, and healthier than sugary drinks, alcohol, and some other choices. Plus, water is 0 calories!
