COVID 19: Possibly. There can be lingering cardiac and pulmonary sequela after recovery of other COVID 19 symptoms. You didn't say how long ago you were infected or how severe your symptoms were. Many doctors are now recommending post-COVID check ups if there are lingering symptoms.
