Hi i have recently tested positive for covid 19 this was last sunday 28 june 2020, to date i have not had any symptoms is this normal the only worry i have a pain in the chest that runs to the back?

COVID 19: The chest pain may be related to COVID 19. COVID 19 symptoms vary with each person. Symptoms of COVID 19 infection may include (but aren’t limited to) dry cough, shortness of breath, nasal congestion, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills without or without shaking & muscle aches.
