I had covid in december and have recovered since. i would say the past month i have probably felt my healthiest and back to my normal self. however just this week my chest has started to feel tight again? do i need to worry, or go for a check up?

Yes: Recovery from COVID19 is very variable. Most have a “smooth” course of progressive recovery (lasting days or weeks). However a few have a more variable course of recovery, relapse, recovery, relapse, etc, etc (“long COVID”). You need a check up (and probably a chest x-ray or CT scan). Good luck

COVID 19: I agree with Dr. Lentnek. Post - COVID 19 sequella can occur quite awhile after "recovery". At this point a "post-COVID 19" medical assessment would be in order. Take care.
