Baby has a temperature of 37. 0 degrees,red eyelids,blocked nose and a cough( comes and goes). his 2 months old and temperature was taken with a digital thermometer under his armpit. should we take him in or what could be the cause?

Cold/Covid: A temp of 37 degrees is considered within normal limits and not a fever. The other symptoms your baby has are typical for a cold. Since Covid is a consideration, make sure there is minimal exposure of the baby to others (especially to persons at risk of severe disease) and treat symptoms. Saline nasal drops for congestion and humidification for thinning mucus. No meds as he is too young.
